Remove encryption on Windows file/folder

How to remove the encryption:

1. Right-click the folder or file you want to decrypt, and then click Properties.
2. Click the General tab, and then click Advanced.
3. Uncheck Encrypt contents to secure data check box, click OK, and then click OK again.
